Good Hope Association of Baptist Churches (Listed Alphabetically)<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Good Hope Association of the West Virginia Baptist Convention of Churches is a fellowship of autonomous Baptist churches united by a common mission to glorify God and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout West Virginia and around the world. The word autonomous<\/em> means that each local church is self-governing under the lordship of Jesus Christ. Every congregation is responsible for its own leadership, ministries, finances, and decisions, without being controlled by a denominational hierarchy or another church. While each church remains independent, the churches of the Good Hope Baptist Association voluntarily work together in partnership, encouraging one another, strengthening local congregations, supporting missions, and training leadersto extend the reach of the Gospel. This cooperative relationship allows each church to remain true to Baptist convictions while accomplishing far more together than any one congregation could accomplish alone.<\/p>\n
