We are a family of churches united by a shared commitment to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and a passion for serving our communities across the region. Together, our churches partner in missions, ministry training, and fellowship, encouraging one another as we seek to make disciples and share the hope of Christ with our neighbors. Good Hope Association Annual Meeting Held August 16, 2025, at Spencer First Baptist Church – Photos Posted<\/b><\/p>\n

This year’s annual meeting of the Good Hope Association<\/em> was held on Sunday, August 16 at Spencer First Baptist Church in Roane County. To see pictures from this year’s event, please click here<\/a>.\u00a0 The host church provided a free luncheon. \u00a0Rev. Mike Kelley from Hurricane Baptist delivered the annual sermon.\u00a0 Officers were elected for the coming year. Those in attendance heard reports on mission work and mission trips that occurred during the past year. These participants received funding through the GHA scholarship program. Representatives from the WVBC were on hand to provide updates on their programs and support.\u00a0 Church members across the association who have passed were also remembered.\u00a0 The annual meeting report is found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n
